My HP Coolsense App doesnt work .It wants me to download NET framework . When ı do i that ıt  says  

"Microsoft .NET Framework 4 is already a part of this operating system.

Hi:

 

The HP Cool sense app needs net framework 3.5 to work, which is not installed by default in W10.

 

Here is how to add net framework 3.5 to your W10 programs...

 

Go to the Windows control panel>programs>turn Windows features on or off.

 

A window will open and a a list will show up.  Net framework 3.5 should be the first program on the list.

 

Check the box to install Net Framework 3.5.

 

When the installation is complete, restart the PC and you should now be able to install the HP Coolsense app.
