HP DDR3 Specifications pages

My probook 4530s now freezes and hangs fair frequently   ;
    it seems the easiest thing to do is to add more Rams,

I think my current 4GB Memory module is of  DDR3 PC3-10600, 1333-MHz 204-pin SO-DIMM) 621569-001

 other  configurations:  8GB 634091-001; 4GB 621569-001; 2GB 621565-001 ;1GB 639738-001

1)  But  I could not even shop those on HP site?

2)   where are HP Ram specification web pages on those?  

        what dimensions of those ?

3) are there difference between laptop/desktop rams ?
