Hello.
Ask the service center to service your computer properly, and if the engineer does not know how to do it, escalate the problem to his/her boss. If the service center does not have the know-how to service your laptop, escalate this to HP.
HP laptops have historically had many different DMI Tool versions, so the service engineer probably used a wrong one. He/she should ask HP for an updated tool for this laptop model. DMI Tools are not publicly available.

I have asked a Moderator to escalate your issue.
Tattooing a BIOS in a replacement system board is something that officially only HP service centers or authorized representatives are permitted to do.
