HP ProBook 450 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

System have automatically installed this update, but after this my laptop is lagging terribly: keyboard lags, battery doesn't charge, and overall system performance have decreased. It had begun yesterday (2019-10-24). The list of updates has only one update installed that day.

How can I remove it?

I tried:

1. Reset the system.

2. Reinstall the system.

3. Install different OS.

None of these helped to solve problems, but on Ubuntu at least keyboard struggles a little bit less (for example, when you press and hold the key the screen fills with letters smoothly). On Windows it was just unbearable, so I decided to stay for a moment on Ubuntu.(The battery still shows 0% and doesn't charge)

Please, help me with your advice how to deal with this.

Thank you.

Hello, the problem is still unresolved, let us know how it's going.

On topic: the battery only shows 0%, without adapter with these "0%" laptop continues to work far more than expected.
