It was installed once I received my computer several weeks ago and message keeps popping every morning when I turn my computer on. I have to send back this computer to exchange for another or for repair? Seriously? By the time you get the Fedex label and you ship back and it is returned, that takes close to 4 weeks and you don't have a computer in the meantime. If this does not get resolved, I will return for a refund and buy a laptop from a local store and never online from their website again. Can someone help? I have re-installed and that did not do the trick.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry, I understand that your HP notebook is not working correctly. I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue.
The last thing I can suggest try and restore the OS back to the factory default, which will isolate whether it’s a software or hardware issue. The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
