Why HP don't update drivers and firmware on the website?
I have an hp gaming laptop 16-k0xxx 6r3z6ea#abz and 90% of the software on the HP website is old !!!

Who should update it?
It is no longer possible to even send an e-mail to the HP support ..... for these cases it would be important (in my opinion, report this problems with phone, WA, Messenger... are not adequate) !!!


I also see that the 'HP Support Assistant' APP does not always highlight firmware and driver updates

Bad service

 

PS:

Is it just me to have these problems? Or other people have the same problems for firmware and driver updates (..... both via Web HP and with 'HP Support Assistant' APP - Windows 11....) of your laptop ?

But you didn't answer my questions ....
Why don't HP wander the driver and firmware of my laptop on the website (that of my and your link)?
And why aren't all updates available with the HP Support Assistant app, always with reference to my 6R3z6ea laptop?
Does it also happen to other laptops?

For example:
Currently on the HP site (for 6r3z6ea) I see "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows 2.1.0.0 Rev.a 349.2 Mb 13 Jan 13 2023"
But in my 6R3z6ea laptop in its time (perhaps with "Microsoft Store") I had installed version 2.6.0.0 !!!
And so also for some other Drivers or Apps ....
Why this misalignment .....

Thanks for the reply.
I already knew the various HP assistance channels but, as I had already specified, in these cases not suitable for the purpose because those who respond do not have competence on the subject.
An e-mail channel would be needed to report this type problems ....
If you can, report the problem to those of competence within HP.
