HP ELITBOOK 1040 G4 Keyboard function

Hi,

I have a problem with the function keys on an HP Elitebook 1040 G4, for 1 week (maybe after a Windows update) the function keys are inoperative and so are the keyboard shortcuts.

all my drivers and bios are up to date.

On the keyboard driver there is :

-HMI keyboard device

-Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural Keyboard for HP Hotkey Support

Does anyone have a solution?

I've completely reinstalled Windows but I still have the same keyboard problem! Even after HP updates, is it possible that the latest driver, dated January 15, 2024, doesn't work on my model?

I still can't find a solution to my problem 😭 it seems to be related to an HP Hotkey UWP service but I can't fix it
