Product: HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I purchased my laptop a month ago, operating system is Windows 11 Pro, ver. 23H2 and it drains when shutdown, from 100% to 82% in about 8 hours. I have tried numerous solutions found online to no avail (power and USB options etc.). After applying the recommended settings to turn off USB charging when shutdown, it is still charging devices. How best can I fix the battery drain issue?
