HP ENVY Laptop 13-ah0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

since 2 days my laptop makes an excessive fan noise and it is not possible to work anymore. This is happening no matter what the CPU load is or if I watch videos or not. There is NO heating issue and the laptop is totally clean without any ventilation blocked.

I have also just made a BIOS update without any result.

Any idea?

I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance.

PS1: In case of HP employee: Please do not reiterate the story about heating problem. Heating is not a problem in this case.

PS2: Product details: HP ENVY – 13-ah0700nz, Serial number: 8CG83113VP, Product number: 4AU80EA#UUZ, System BIOS: F.24, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz
