HP ENVY - 13-aq0011ms hinge damage

I was working on my laptop as usual till yesterday and suddenly today the hinge is broken as soon as opened it. I opened my laptop how I open it daily.  Requesting HP support to help me with my case. I see that many people here also posted regarding the hinge problem which received help from HP support. Kindly do the needful.

I see that you are facing hinge issues with your HP ENVY - 13-aq0011ms.

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
