HP ENVY 15-X360 Power Button Issues

Hi, so I got this laptop a year ago and had this same issue from the beginning. The power button sometimes would have a hard time turning on. It seems like it is loose. No matter how hard I press it does not turn on, I have to wait a long time before I try again and then it will work. I have sent the laptop in for repairs 3 or 4 times in the one year in hopes that they could fix the problem and each time it comes back fixed and then break a week or so later. I am posting on this forum because my one year warranty expired a few weeks ago and I was just wondering if there is a way to fix the problem myself since I experienced the problem again yesterday.

Since this is a Hardware issue please contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Hi, I was not able to do the chat button thing. It could be because my warranty had expired. Is there another way to fix it?
