HP ENVY - 17-u275cl laptop battery failed, need a new battery sent, or to order a replacement

I recently moved to a small town for my Ph.D. internship, the HP customer service center is more than 30 miles away. My HP ENVY - 17-u275cl laptop battery failed, this is my primary computer with all of my research data on it, and I would appreciate either a new battery sent to me if available or I need to order a replacement. There is an agency that can install the battery for me, but at their location, they only carry 6 cell batteries, and my laptop requires a 3 cell battery. The HP parts store online does not have any available.  If additional information is needed please reply that I need to call in or send an appropriate link and I will follow up. Please advise, Thank you.

Is it still under warranty ?  Its specs
