I wanted to upgrade the disks in my HP ENVY 17t-k000 CTO Notebook PC, the laptop currently has an HDD. I added a new SSD NVMe which I got from another computer, after cleaning it and it was perfectly working on the other device. After adding it to my Envy 17, the SSD is not detected by the pc, and I can't see it in the disk management through windows, neither through BIOS. I tried updating the BIOS and any necessary drivers from the HP website, but still no luck! The HDD is still plugged in the laptop and working, the new SSD is the only disk not detected. Any idea of how to solve it?

There's nothing wrong with the NVMe drive you installed.
The reason why the NVMe drive doesn't work in your notebook is that the M.2 slot only supports SATA SSD's, not NVMe as indicated in chapter 1 of the service manual:
