Hello everyone, I bought my PC about a year and half ago and its been giving me a few issues, the battery capacity has tanked, and my hinge snapped when I tried to close my PC a few days ago. I'm currently in Nigeria and I've reached out to the support team to get it fixed under warranty to no avail and its very upsetting. What can I do?
