Hello. I haven't even had this HP ENVY 360 for one school year and it's breaking from standard use. I purchased this a year ago and noticed slight bending in the case for a while (right-hand corner.) Initially, it was so small I thought I'd get on with my life. Now there is a large dent in the center of my case and the casing is starting to separate from the display. This is clearly a result of poor design with the 360 feature, and had I known it would break my expensive laptop within a year I wouldn't have even considered it. Unfortunately it looks like my warranty expired a few days ago so now I feel SOL and very unhappy with the product. I would like to speak with someone about repairs or other options because I did not plan to purchase a laptop with a lifetime that ends immediately after the warranty. And I certainly had no clue that buying the touchscreen/360 laptop would severely decrease it's lifetime due to manufacturing flaws. For the few hundred dollars I spent, I was hoping to at least get 3 years from this. Now I am scared to even open/close it anymore. I am severely unsatisfied and I am hoping there is a compromise that isn't just me paying more money because I already feel I have wasted my time and funds with a device that is functionally flawed. The dent
