Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp111dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The hinges connecting the screen on my HP Envy-360 broke for the second time, after I repaired them (thorugh the expensive Care Pack) a few years ago. Reading all the posts here, it's clear that this is a fault in the model. I'm out of warranty and carepack. What should I do now? Is there a way to get a replacement device? How can I trust that a different HP model (probably not 2-in-1?) won't have a similar problem? Should I just go ahead and buy another brand?
