Hi @Chris_427

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The difference between the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-fc0501sa (9U642EA) and the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 14-fc0501na (9U641EA) typically lies in the regional or market variant, which might include slight differences in the pre-installed software, keyboard layout, or included accessories. These differences are usually not related to the core hardware or performance specifications.

Here are some common distinctions that can occur between similar models with slightly different SKU numbers like "sa" and "na":

1. Regional Variants

  • "sa" typically indicates a UK/European version (as in "South Africa" or the UK market), which may include a UK-style keyboard layout and other region-specific configurations.
  • "na" usually refers to a version intended for North American markets, which might have a different keyboard layout (e.g., the US layout) or slight regional software differences.

2. Keyboard Layout

  • The main difference might be the keyboard layout—for example, the UK version may have the pound symbol (£) instead of the dollar sign ($), or the "Enter" key may be larger in some cases.

3. Pre-installed Software and Languages

  • There may be slight variations in the language settings or pre-installed software based on the region. For instance, the UK version might come with UK-specific apps or settings, while the North American version might have American-English settings or region-specific software.

4. Power Cable and Plug Type

  • The power adapter could also differ based on the region, where the UK version might come with a British plug and the North American version with a standard US plug.

5. Price or Warranty

  • The price could differ depending on the region and local taxes or import duties, and the warranty terms might vary based on your location.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
