I how never used the camera before each time I open the camera an error code will appear and I need the camera to work cause i need to get  into my  online class

I have the same issue, I just bought my curved 43" monitor and it's supposed to have a webcam...which is does but it does not work. I have searched Google and have chatted with 4 different tech support but no one has an answer. This monitor was expensive to...very disappointed!

How can I solve the camera problem ?

I will never ever recommend HP to my friends.

 

I had to buy new one because I want a new one for my study. but by discovering this problem I  hate this product.

I'd rather buy other brands than buying HP's any more.

I have regret not to listen to my friends and family not to buy HP products, but I never listened . now I can say they were true and I was wrong unfortunately.
