HP ENVY Laptop 13-ad0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP ENVY Laptop 13-ad0xx with M.2 1 TB

I don't know if I can also install SSD as extra storage beside the current M.2 which is already installed.

Does the motherboard ready for this kind of upgrade?

and how I can check if my motherboard has extra SATA port to install an SSD drive or not?

Thanks

No this particular 13 inch model uses a single M.2 SSD as its storage and there is no space or port for a secondary storage device. This is what the inside looks like:

All I can add is that there is a micro-SD card slot on the left side as you are looking at the screen and micro-SDs come in fairly large capacities these days.

The speed of this would be roughly equivalent to a SATA spinning hard drive so can be used as storage up to half a TB.
