HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1J6N4AV)

I have an HP ENVY Laptop 13-ba1000 (1J6N4AV) bought quite sometime back and now my power brick cable is slight frayed after long time use.

Can this laptop be charged via it's usb-c port by a 65 watt charger?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Your laptop was delivered with a power adapter that has a 4.5mm barrel plug that plugs into it's charging port.

It is not meant to be charged by a USB Type-C port.

These are the power adapters that are compatible with your laptop. (Ref: the Maintenance & Service guide for your laptop)
