hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to upgrade the RAM of my HP ENVY Notebook 13-d049tu.

for example to 8G.

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

HP ENVY Notebook PC (model numbers 13-d000 through 13-d099 and 13-d100 through 13-d199) Maintenance ...

 

Chapter 1 has the memory info.

 

The memory is not upgradable (soldered to the motherboard).

 

Notebooks in that model series are sold with either 4 GB or 8 GB of onboard memory.
