HP ENVY x360 - 15-bq101na

Hi,

Screws have fallen out from between my screen and the case cover of my HP Envy with pretty light use over the years. I have all the screws, can see where they come from and the hinge is visible between the gap. It's out of warranty and I've seen a lot of people having a similar issue with HP hinges (even someone suing HP for it due to it being a known issue that they still sell laptops with?).

Is there a way I can get this fixed or replaced? Seem to be in a loop of virtual assistants or community posts, but all recieved a private message so no solution. Other shops can't fix this and this laptop was expensive when I bought it! Can't believe this is a common issue with HP
