Product: HP ENVY TS15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently experienced freezing in Windows 11 and I did a Drive short DST to check the drive, but it failed,
Failure ID:6C678C-6RTARP-MFGJXF-60S003
As I said earlier:

HP ENVY TS15 

Intel i7 processor

Insyde f.24 Bios

Windows 11 

Sometimes I get an INACCESIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE error on boot

Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
