Look at the serial number of your PC.

 

The 4th, 5th and 6th characters will always be numbers.

 

The 4th = the year of manufacture (0 - 9).

 

The 5th and 6th = the week of manufacture (01 - 52).

 

For example, if the 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the serial number are 321, then your PC was manufactured during the 21st week of 2013.
