HP ENVY X360 HINGES DESIGN FLAW

Envy X360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A major design flaw in the HP Envy X360 series.

The right hinge of my HP Envy x360 laptop broke. This seems a big problem with EnvyX360 series. Its made of cheap plastic and they kept this under the premium category. This is RIDICULOUS. How it made to the consumer with such a major flaw.

I've found several posts with the same problem.

My laptop is out of warranty. And I need to pay for the repair out of my pocket.

I looked for the parts, and they aren't listed as available on the HP Parts store. Now I am looking to buy the parts from a third party vendor.

I even recommended several people to purchase. I need to notify them not to buy and make sure they get these issues fixed in their warranty itself.
