Product: HP ENVY dv6-7213nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP ENVY dv6-7213nr  Product number:C2M18UA

 

I want to upgrade the cps, it is a socket FS1 and 35w.   but I can not find what is supported by the board

was considering the A10-5750m or the A10-4600m

 

I plan on buying a new one soon, I'm just waiting for the new APU's to reach market

 

any help would be greatly appreacated.

Top AMD APU is A10-4600M. Upgrade not only increases clock speed of the processor but provides a bit better video as well. No, you cannot use any other APUs than those listed in the Manual.
