Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Started getting a "Battery is very weak" message on startup (code 70)

 

Ran diagnostics and got the Battery Check Failed message with the following error:

 

PK2BXS-890AQN-GXGK6K-C08X03

 

Product is listed as X8M13EA#ABU

 

Any ideas please?
