I bought a HP Envy x360 15" AMD(4700U, 8GB, 512GB) laptop 2 months ago.
Everything was working fine for me until I saw my USB 3.0 hub (which has an LED Indicator) drawing power from the USB 3 port on the right side while the laptop is not powered on. I usually unplug the hub after shutting down the laptop but there seems to be a problem.
This doesn't happen with the 2.0 port on the left. I tried shutting down the system multiple times and tested if my USB hub draws any power. The same thing repeats.
Can someone help me knowing what's going on? Is there something to do with USB 3.0 Hub or what? I have no clue.

Since it is a USB Type-C Port this is normal
