I have HP ENVY x360 - 15-w101tx notebook. I wish to upgrade the processor and switch to SSD (if possible) on it. Current system info is shown as below:
Microprocessor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U CPU @ 2.50GHz
System Board: 80D0 84.31
Any leads will be helpful.
Thanks in advance..

Hi:
The processor your notebook has is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.
I would imagine the costs of doing such an upgrade would greatly outweigh the benefits.
You can replace the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD.
