Hi Erico,

Thank you for clarifying, I'm dealing with a few things at the moment so I was multitasking and missed it. Would it be too late to try the earlier BIOS updates since I'm now on Windows 11 or will it not detect the earlier BIOS updates?

HP Recommended

It won't hurt anything to try the other versions.

With BIOS versions, they either are accepted as compatible or the BIOS update installer recognizes that they are not and will not install them.

I appreciate it. I ended up wiping the laptop back to Windows 10, which doesn't detect the keyboard or touchpad.

I'll go ahead and download the BIOS Firmware Updates, starting from the earlier versions.

Hi Elohi,

After doing a full wipe back to the original W10 and reset, the keyboard and touchpad still won't activate. I'll update the BIOS firmware from the earlier versions and go from there. Thank you.
