Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp112dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been using my notebook since January and recently its rear rubber foot strip has completely peeled off. The device is still under warranty.

I've been looking everywhere for a replacement but can't find anything. I tried to live chat with an advisor but it seems the website doesn't have this feature.

Please, can someone assist me in order to get a replacement?
