Ok here is the problem, I will be working with my computer and then decide I have to go do something, I close the lid and set it doen on a flat surface while plugged in. When I come back in an hour or so the computer is extremely hot and when I open the lid nothing happens. I have to hold the power button down for 15 seconds and then turn it back on and I lose information that I was working on.
What can I do to fix this?
I have changed nothing on the computer and only installed a few extra programs.
