Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd1000 (460Q3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I bought an HP Envy x360 Convertible in December 2021. I have had no issues until last night when I went to close the screen the right hinge popped out. I was able to push it back in and everything works, but I can't close the screen. I travel for work and need to be able to transport it. It's out of warranty but in looking at the conversations it seems that this is a known issue. Is it possible to get this resolved? This laptop hasn't not been dropped or mistreated in any way.
