Hello i would like to upgrade the processor to a better one maybe a ryzen 7? or intel processor is there a way to view a compatible list of some sort? also i need hard drive compatible cable and ssd if that can be provided i will be very very grateful -ps Thank you!

Firstly you can't swap CPU from AMD to Intel and vice versa on all machines, including desktops without changing mother board. Secondary, for your machine, you can't change CPU to better AMD CPU because CPU is soldered to the mother. You have to buy all new things including new Operating system because they are on one piece of hardware called System Board.

 

If you wish, you can use following parts
