I bought an HP ENVY x360 Convert 15-ed1003ca in March 2021. While opening the laptop yesterday the right hinge broke. The laptop is out of warranty but is it possible to get it fixed? This laptop hasn't been dropped or mistreated in any way.

There seems to be a loose screw in there too. As you can see, the laptop can no longer be closed at all so any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I recommend that you do not use the laptop, close the laptop or exert any pressure on the display.

You can have it repaired at a laptop shop.

Here is the search I did for the parts.

The Hinge kit is L93205-001.

BTW, there were no images provided so I can't see anything.
