Hello, I have had my laptop for almost two years now (in December 2022), and used it only for studying and work purposes. Recently I noticed that the hinge in the right corner popped up. After researching this issue, I have noticed that many people who owned this type of laptop had the same problem and this is a manufacturing flaw, not related to the misuse of the device. The hinge got broken with no drops or damage to the laptop. I also found out that many HP customers had their laptops fixed due to this bad design. Furthermore, due to the hinge breaking the scene got cracked too. Could you please help? What is the best course of action in this case?
Regards

I see that the Notebook has to be serviced and repaired as the hinges are damaged. As this is a hardware issue,
