Hello, i bought this HP ENVY X360 convertible 15-cn0003 ca, Serial number: [edited], Product number:4BQ07UAR#ABL in Dubai but now is reporting battery failure from diagnostic in HP assistant, it shows plugged in charging but does not hold any charge, I now live in Dar es salaam Tanzania, I took it to HP warranty center in Dar, Tanzania but they say HP cannot repair it, and the Laptop still has 18 months left in Warranty, I would like to know what should i do now? Please contact HP in Dubai or Canada (because it has suffix ca) and they will tell you how
