I have an HP Envy whose hinge has caused the screen to pop out of place.  I'm out of warranty but it seems a lot of other users are having this issue.  Is there a recommendation on path forward or anything HP is doing to alleviate the situation?

Still have not received a message.  It's been 3 days now.  I even sent Gaya a message but nothing back.

Here we are on day 4 and still no response from HP other than the fake news above about sending me a private message.  So it goes, if you're out of warranty you're out of luck around these parts.
