Wow- we've been an HP Family for a long time, so when we bought this for my wife's virtual teaching and consulting business, we expected the best! Just a few months in, the E-key popped off with daily use and can't be re-attached. Just like "Wheel of Fortune", that key/letter is kind of a big deal.. Cmon' HP, you're better than this. I've looked at replacement options and can't seem to find the right one. Does anyone know the right model number keyboard that we need to replace for this model? Thanks in advance.
