HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0023dx

So utterly disappointed by my HP Envy x360 laptop.  I bought this in 2021 in preparation for having a home laptop after I retired.  I wanted something that was going to last after I shifted into a fixed income scenario.  Took great care of, never used it as the tablet, didn't drop it.  Fast forward, recently I found a couple of small black screws on the floor.  Didn't think anything of it until now when the flipping screen is only connected to the device by one screw and looking closer realizing 2 others are missing!!!  Of course, now it is out of warranty and based on all of the other cases I've found here, doesn't appear that HP would have covered it regardless.  So basically screwed out of $1000, who knows if it can actually be repaired.

If anyone know if the Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screws are pan-head of wafer-head it would be greatly appreciated.  Will try to fix myself before dumping more money into a piece of crap!  Thanks a lot HP for a [not so] wonderful start to my retirement.

HP Management - this should warrant a recall - there is no way this should have failed as quickly as it did - and that is from someone that worked in the tech field for 35 years and had multiple laptops from a major competitor.  Looks like it's time to take my business elsewhere!
