I can't get my HP ENVY x360 Laptop to turn on. When I click the power button the I can hear the fans rev up for 2-3 seconds and then the computer shuts off.
Sometimes it keeps trying to start (fans rev up) but it turns off right away.
I've tried the following
- Removed the battery and tried to turn it on without the battery (problem still happened)
- Remove the battery and held the power button for 15 seconds, plugged laptop back in and same problem occurred.
I'm not sure if this is important information, but before this occurred I plugged in a charger with the following power details.
- Input: AC100-240V 1.6A 50-60hz Output: 5v/9v/12/v/15v 3A 20v 3.25A 65W (lighting port cable --> using a converter)
- Input: AC100-240C 1.7A 50-60hz Output: 19.5V 3.33A 65.0 W (American)

Hi @camtowers
Welcome to the HP Support Community. From what I have understood, you are not able to power ON your HP ENVY X360 Laptop - 15-Ds1063cl. However, you hear fan noise when you power it ON.
This looks like a No Boot issue.
May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software changes to it other than plugging mentioned AC adapters?
Also, do you have any external TV or a monitor with which you can plug your laptop and check if the issue persists on the external TV?
I would suggest you use the AC adapter that was shipped with the system.
Please use the link here and follow the steps to check if you see any difference.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi, Thank You for your reply. However I tried using the AC Adapter that came with the laptop and nothing changed.
I plugged a monitor to the laptop and nothing happened as well.
I made no alterations to the laptop as it's only 1 year old laptop.
The computer revs up only for 1-2seconds and stops.
