Product: Envy x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP ENVY x360 that is showing a bulge on the upper touch pad and lower keyboard. I assume the battery is defective and needs replacement. It was purchased in March 2019 and no longer has a warranty.

 

I have noticed other similar situations on the board with the HP Envy. Is the battery a recall?

 

I would rather have the battery replaced before anything more serious happens.

In case any Recall battery HP will be able to repair it Free. Please find the link to check  Replacement programs and product recalls and follows the instructions.

 

 

or  I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
