HP Envy x360 m6
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello, my HP Envy won’t turn on despite being connected to the charger. Earlier today It would power up but it was a blank screen, I went through the steps including trying to restart the BIOs but it didn’t work, but my cap lock button started blinking. The blinking led me to a discussion where it could be the memory came lose so I opened up the bottom and checked the memory, closed everything up and now the laptop will not power on despite the charge indicator showing it’s charged and still connected to power source. Please help!

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer as it's not turning on and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
