I am unable to switch on my laptop and I think power button is broken or stopped working. Is there way to check or way around to switch on laptop

That is another way to ask the same question. No, you need a working switch to turn the computer on. There is no backdoor power switch unless you rig one up and it would not be easy to do. If you swapped out the power switch board and it still did not turn on, you would know it is the motherboard. Very, very unlikely but not impossible its the switch. Maybe you know something I do not like whether it was damaged or struck somehow. That would make it more likely to be the switch.

Not really. See p. 42 of the Manual here:

Manual

The power button is on a daughterboard that connects to the motherboard with a big cable. It would be very hard to duplicate a switch without just getting another "connector board". The problem is highly unlikely to be the switch. Much more likely to be the motherboard.

Post back with any more questions and please accept as solution if its the info you needed.
