Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just want to clean install win 10 on this ssd and no other hard drive on the laptop. Boot from the ssd.

HP Recommended

You must install the os via a USB with the installation files loaded. You cannot install the os directly onto the hard drive without the use of bootable windows installation Media.

Yep, I;ve got that but and I suppose I'll have to fiddle withe Bios (or Not) just want this ssd to be a stand alone bootable drive after install win10 IOS. The Sata drive crapped out so I'm thinking a ssd would increase  relatable so I don't loose all my files, pic etc. the laptop has touch screen and back lite keys so still like to use it.
