i have HP Elite Dragonfly G2 Notebook and i get HP USB-C Dock G5 now my laptop have two Type C ports on Charging and one Media and i have screen dell alienware gaming so i plugd in HDMI and Keypord and mouse through G5 Dock and i have Pluged in 120w Chagrger to the dock now my question the Type C cable from the dock should i pluged in through the typ-c media port in my laptop and the 65w charger for the laptop in Chagring port or should i plug the typ-c cable dirctly through charging port in my laptop

You only need one USB-C port on your machine for the dock, it can handle everything including charge your machine.
