Product: HP Elite x2 1012 G2 Base Model Tablet
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Elite x2 1012 G2, product number Y5E21AV. Today, I noticed it was not charging. The orange light on the right side is on and the laptop does recognize that its plugged in, yet my battery does not go above 7%. I checked the charger itself too and it seems fine. What could the problem be?
