It supports M.2 SATA 3 SSD's. Please install M.2 SATA drive and try again.
Regards.

Hi Thanks for the prompt response i have installed and can see and use that as data disk the only issue is when installing windows it is not booting up. Are M2 PCI or M2 NVME are not compatible or is there another way thanks

You can try a few things:
1. The system doesn't boot from an M.2 SSD unless it is enabled in the bios. Enter F10 BIOS -> Advanced -> Boot Options. Make sure PCIe/M.2 SSD Boot is enabled there.
2. When you install Windows to M.2 device, you need to remove a 2.5" HDD/SSD drive which may otherwise prevent the M.2 device from being booted.
3. Pull the Windows installation usb drive off the laptop when the system restarts, which may force the system to boot off the M.2 SSD.

Try this: go back to F10 BIOS -> Advanced -> Boot Options (or maybe Boot Configuration) -> UEFI Boot Order. Move PCIe/M2 SSD Drive to the top of the list and OS Boot Manager to the 2nd and save and exit and try again.
If it's still same, see if you can manually boot M2 SSD from F9. When the laptop restarts and the screen gets dark, tap F9 rapidly for boot menu options. If you see Boot from EFI File there, click on it and do you see a file system (a string of characters and numbers)? Let us know.

Sounds like the boot system on the M.2 SSD is not working. Maybe the Windows installation on the usb drive has a problem to install necessary files to the M.2 drive, or the usb drive has a compatibility issue with the laptop. Here are a few things to try:
1. Go back to F10 BIOS -> Advanced -> Boot Options. Make sure UEFI Native (without CSM) is selected in Boot Mode.
2. Download the new Media Creation Tool and make a new Windows10 installation usb drive.
3. Use another usb drive of a different brand (you need a usb with min. 8 GB).
