Product: HP UltraSlim Docking Station

Laptop: HP Elitebook 840 G6 Notebook PC

Docking Station: HP Ultraslim Docking Station

 

The laptop does not charge when plugged into the docking station. It responds to pressing the power button on the docking station and all other inputs like HDMI plus and USB accessories work fine. It does charge with the laptop charger. My old docking station stopped working and I used a co-workers brand new docking station (same model) and it still does not work.

 

Already ran an HP Battery Check and it passed. May or may not have started after a Windows Update, not entirely sure.

Please update its firmware/software. of the dock.
