HP Recommended
Got the black screen on the laptop. Ventilator is on, power button is constant white and both mute buttons constant orange.
Light from cable connector is blinking orange.
Tried hard power reset - did not help.
Connected external monitor - shows "no signal".
Disconnected the battery - still same problem.
Did reset CMOS battery - no changes.
Finally bought new RAM. It worked. After about 4-5 hours - got again black screen and I'm back to the same problem.
Tried switching RAM slots - nothing.
Any ideas what problem it could be? Why after putting new RAM it worked for few hours?
Another note, after plugging the power cable - laptop switches on automatically after few seconds.
